James. L "Sonny" Neff died Sunday, April 16,2023, at his home in Gateway. Services will be held Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Madras, 340 NE Oak St. Interment will follow at Mount Jefferson Memorial 169 SE 7th St. Madras.
