Connie Torres Obituary

On April 30,2023 Connie Jean Torres passed away in Madras Oregon.  She was 78 years old.

Connie is survived by her Husband Urbano Torres of 34 years.  Daughter Heidi Stoner and Erica Dunn, Stepson Richard Torres (Terri). Ten grandchildren Kayla, Jacob, Jordan, Shelbie, Katie, Nicolas, Zachary, Ashley, Courtney and Annika.  Connie had 14 great grandchildren.  Connie has four Siblings Karen, Pamela, Eric and Kristen.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Betty Rines and George Turner.

Connie was born September 22. 1944 in Seattle Washington.  She graduated in 1962 from South Eugene High School in 1962.  She went on to attend nursing school at Sacred Heart School of Nursing.  She graduated in 1965.

Connie married Jack Sieverson in May of 1967.  They had 2 daughters Heidi, born in 1967 and Erica born in 1971.  They divorced in 1984.  

In 1989 Connie married Urbano Torres.  They were married 34 years.  They enjoyed golfing their way around The United States.  They lived in Crooked River Ranch Oregon.  

Connie was a dedicated nurse for forty years.  Practicing at Providence Portland Cardiac Unit.  She then worked at Rest Harbor Nursing Home where she was director of Nursing.  Her career then moved into an administrative role at Adams and Grey Home Health.  She retired from the state of Oregon doing home health assessments.  

Please join us June 24th at noon to celebrate Connie’s life. Services will be held at Ranch Chapel located in Crooked River Ranch.  5060 SW Club House RD Terrebonne OR 97760. Reception immediately following at Mac Pherson Park.

No services at this time, will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery. Bel Air is honored to be serving The Torres Family.
