William Earl Wayne Sr.

Bill Wayne Sr passed away at the age of 80, in Madras Oregon.

Bill was born Dec 21st, 1940, in Portland Oregon

In 1960 Bill married Annie "Panzy" Marie Wayne, and in 1961 they had their only son William Wayne Jr.

Bill moved to madras in 1970 where he went to work at Main Street Garage as a mechanic. He soon became partners with Sandy Davenport, opening his own shop.

He continued his career becoming a well-respected mechanic over the next 45 years.

Bill was an active member of the Elks Lodge for 42 years, where he would enjoy a cold beer, with what grew to be some of his closest friends.

Bill loved the outdoors and spent as much time as he could around a warm campfire, telling stories and jokes with his family and hunting partners.

He is survived by his son Billy Wayne Jr. of Madras Oregon; Granddaughter Shannon Wayne/Gabrielson; Jennifer Wayne, Lisa Sizemore.
