Shirley Ann Fracasso, 81, of Madras, Oregon, passed away on January 11, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Shirley went home to her eternal home with her Lord and Savior. Shirley was born in Kinston, North Carolina on April 4, 1939. Shirley was dedicated to her family and she welcomed everyone with open arms. She was a spunky loving person with a good heart. Her smile would light up a room.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Paul, Anthony (Joe), John and wife Lisa, and Steven; grandchildren, Paul Jr., Donny, John, Vince, Julie, Brandon, Marissa, Josh, Tina, Steven, Amanda, Thomas, Micheal, Hailee; and many greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clifton G. Suggs; mother, Tiny M. Cordell; and her husband, Paul Edward Fracasso.
