Norita Egbert, 58, of Terrebonne, Oregon, passed away on June 21, 2021, after battling an illness for the past year.

She was born on June 5, 1963, in Redmond, Oregon to Norman and Geraldine Emerson. Norita loved music; playing the piano, guitar, and singing were some of her favorite pastimes.

Above all, Norita loved being a grandma to her four granddaughters who so lovingly called her Monka.

Norita is survived by her mother, Geraldine Emerson; father, Norman Emerson; brother, Cody Emerson; daughters, Labree (Josh) Tolman, and Lanisha (Tyler) Hordichok; and her four granddaughters, Kaiden Tolman, Zoe, Mia, and Emy Hordichok; her beloved dog, Liza; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Norita will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Services will be held at the Terrebonne Grange Hall on July 9, at 3:30 p.m.
