As I was growing up, I witnessed my mom (Lila) being a mom to my friend and siblings' friends. She would listen to their days at school, problems and victories. She welcomed military personnel into our home for a cooked meal on holidays when they couldn’t make it home. Also, anytime they wanted a home cooked meal, any day of the week. Throughout her life she was mom and grandma to many. Love you mom and miss you so much.
