Obituary

Larry L Creswell, 77, passed away in his sleep peacefully on October 6th, 2022, in his home along the Deschutes River near Madras, Oregon.
He was born August 24th, 1945, in Whitehall, Wisconsin, to his parents Grace and Logan Creswell. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Skip (Logan).
He graduated from Milbank High School in 1963 and joined the Army in 1965 until his honorable discharge in 1968. He then received his master's degree in Psychology at Northern State University in 1978, specializing in Guidance and Counseling.
He pursued a career in Psychology, including social services and helping many troubled youths. During his time in retirement, he often took it upon himself to care for those less fortunate in society by providing goods and shelter.
While living in South Dakota, he met his former wife Nora and her two children Ember and Ray, and the two had their own two children, Terrence who was born in 1974 and Kimberly who was born in 1979. Kimberly would later have a daughter, Mazalyn, in 1998 and a son, Darian, in 2007. Terrence then had a son, Nico, born in 2010. He is survived by his former wife, his children, grandchildren, and his siblings Pat, Leon, Chuck, and Christy.
Larry will be remembered for his love for the outdoors and nature, hunting, spending time with his grandchildren, and long chats over coffee. He was a humble and wise man, with an incredible intellect and a great sense of humor. A private family gathering will be held on October 22nd, and any memories, or condolences may be submitted through Bel-Air Colonial Funeral Home.
