Janice Elaine Carpenter was born in San Bernardino, California on October 24, 1946. Her mom was Mae Wilson and her dad was James Wilson. Janice came from a family of five brothers and sisters. She graduated High School in the year 1965. Soon after she married Doyle Holman of California and moved to Prineville, Oregon. She then gave birth to a daughter Misty Holman in 1977. In the year 2009, Janice moved to Madras, Oregon. Then in 2014, she went to East Cascade assisted living. Saturday May 27, 2023 she passed away. Family is grateful for all of the care East Cascade provided, as well as all of the care from Dawn Lesser and Lori Owens.
