Elice Bertha Cooper, born June 21, 1942, passed away August 10, 2024 after her battle with cancer. As a pastor's wife, she was dedicated to the Gospel of Christ. She served many years in small communities in Oregon including Ashwood, Antelope, Fossil, McEwen, Crescent, Lacomb and Madras. She dedicated most of her life to church ministries, especially ministries for children. Children were the joy of her life. She will be greatly missed. Elice is survived by sons William Jr. (Kathie), Matthew (Chrissy): daughter, Robin: four grandchildren: Elizabeth (Jarrod), Joshua (Austin), Garret and Hannah: and five great-grandchildren, Kaliyah, Jackson, Jameson, Declan and Josephine. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill and sister Fran. A service to celebrate her life will be held September 7, at 1:30pm at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Madras. All are welcome.
