A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday February 28th, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the West Side Church, located at 2051 NW Shevlin Park Rd in Bend.

At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, a  “Senior Deputy Dave Blann Memorial Fund”  account has been established to benefit the Fallen Badge Foundation and the Camp Sherman Hasty Team. Donations can be dropped off at any Bend, Redmond, or Madras branch of Columbia Bank.
