Born in Boise, Idaho on 2/19/1983 to Sharon Neider as her first child. He attended schools and grew up in Central Oregon after moving there with his mother as a child. Chris was known for having a soft heart and never met anyone who was not a friend or that he would not try to help in some way. He loved animals of all types, camping and fishing, the coast and spending time with family. He is survived by his two children, Taylynn of Madras, Or. and Jayden of Independence, Or. His sisters, Samantha and Mandy, both of Idaho, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and five nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Redmond, Or at a later date. Cremation assisted by Bel-Air Colonial Funeral Home of Madras, Or.
