Obituary
Carla Ann Smith, born November. 21, 1967 passed away Nov. 18, 2018 at her home in Madras.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 25th from 3 to 5pm at Bel-Air Funeral Home, followed by a Vigil service at 6pm at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday Nov. 26th at 11:00 AM also at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
